PowerPoint

I found out how to print slide presentations in black and white and how to control the printing size and layout of notes that I would want to print. I used the website for help on PowerPoint 2008 for Macs that Professor provided the link to and I looked under the print and handout section. I would use this information to help me provide handout notes on an artist that I am teaching a lesson around or on in. To resize the notes/text boxes in a simple step you only have to go to View, then Master, then Notes Master, edit your notes, and lastly click on Normal under the view menu. To print your presentation in black and white, go to File, then Print, then Show Quick Preview Box, then click on the Output pop-up menu, then click on Grayscale/Black & White, lastly click on Print.
